Is it just a fish? It looks to me like it could be a head of a character. Either way, it’s a good start, I like the detail but I think you should stray away from perfect circles like the holes in his forehead. Great start keep us posted.

u can see a hole on his both sides it’s for it’s insect like arms :DD)
Not so nice little fishy you’ve created there! I’d hate to try and throw that back in after catching it.
It would make a great head for a humanoid type creature.
