After ordering ZBrush2018 I didn't receive a download link

Hello,

two weeks ago I purchased the ZBrush Core to Zbrush 2018 Upgrade, but I didn’t get a download link. Since I registerd on Pixologic I use the same email adress (didn’t change it). When I purchased Keyshot I got a download link immediatly. But now I already waited for 2 weeks.

Anyone had the same Problem? I already submited a ticket to Pixologic. But didn’t receive an answer yet.

I’m amazed by the beautiful work I see here, and I really want to start now with ZBrush2018. Please help me :slight_smile:

Hi,

I know that there is a problem with the automated email system and some Microsoft-based email accounts. Pixologic is working with Microsoft to resolve this.

Only Pixologic Support can send you download link. You may need to provide them with an alternative email. Have you checked online for a reply to your Support ticket? Normally you will get an answer within 24 hours. It may be that you aren’t getting the email notifications.

I’m talking about the ticket you submitted to Pixologic Support. Check it online, there’s a reply.

That is incorrect. One of the Support crew will update your account with your new email address. They did it for me as I was in the same situation as you.

Everything works just fine now, my alternate email was updated for the license, I received a download link with my other email adress, now it works!
