Advice on graphic drawing tablet

I am looking into buying a drawing tablet and was hoping to get some help here.

Initially I was looking at the cintiq 13HD touch as wacom is widely praised but it’s more expense. For the same price I could get a 19" from another brand.

For example I am also looking at the Yinynova MSP19U+ (V5); which is a lot cheaper than the 13" cintiq. It doesn’t have touch and it has a lower resolution (1440*900) but seeing some reviews on youtube, the size seems great and the resolution doesn’t seem that bad.
Having an HD resolution on a 13" will probably make the UI very small, so is that useful?

I also notice that Yiynova has an HD version: MVP20U+ which is also cheaper than the 13" Cintiq.

I’m also left handed so I’m not sure if any of the Yiynova can be adjusted but I don’t really care as I have a logitech G13 that I use in my right hand. That has plenty of buttons.

19" is the max (both budget and space I have left) but I am really considering these as it gives a lot more screen for my money.

Can someone provide some advice on how to make this decision?

The only specific advice that I can give is to make sure that whatever tablet you get uses the Wintab protocol rather than N-trig. Wacom is Wintab but many others are not. The two technologies are not compatible and ZBrush requires Wintab.

You can download a wintab driver from Microsoft for Surface Pro 3 & 4 (which are n trig)

Pressure works perfect, but that might not be an option for other n trig devices

Although it sounds like you’re just in the market for a tablet, not a pc
