When shuffling songs, I often come across Zhao Lei’s “A Diao.” Inspired by the lyrics and my own imagination, I created this piece based on A Diao.
I applied two distinct lighting effects to evoke different moods.
A Diao, when will you come down the mountain? Remember to bring your Zhuoma knife.
A Diao, will your edges be smoothed out by reality?
You don’t belong to this world—no need to dwell on the truth.
You are A Diao, you are a free bird.
May we all become free birds.
