Activation history ???

Hi! Where can I find my activation history? For the 2nd time since I bought my license, I have to reactivate zbrush because I “lost” my license. It suddenly stopped when I was working! The first time, I asked a new code via email, and it was fine, for many months. But this time, I want to know if I’m doing something wrong. I bought the software and a student license 7 months ago, June 2012. It is used on the same computer, never tried to download it elsewhere. Please, your help can be great!

Hi! It’s me again. Well, I finally asked for a new activation code, because I really had to work on my project! But I still want to know where I can view my activation history! I will probably upgrade for the newest version later on the month, but for now, I’m still using the same version. But I think it’s the same serial number for the upgrade. Thanks for your time!

If ZBrush loses its activation it can be due to something like a Windows restore, a major hardware upgrade or a few other possibilities. All you need to do is a new Web Activation. If the system recognizes that this is the same computer, it will give you a button to generate a new activation code without deducting a new activation from your serial number. If it sees it as a different computer, it will either generate a new code or will tell you it’s been activated too many times. In this latter case, there is a button to view your activation history. There you can check off the lost activation and submit the form. This creates a Support ticket with the info that we need to remove the lost activation from your serial number. Turnaround time is usually within one hour during normal business hours.

As for your serial number, it has not changed for any release of ZBrush 4.x. If you no longer have a record of it, please submit a Support ticket at https://support.pixologic.com.

Hi! Thanks for your answer. If it happens again, I will know exactly what to do! I had no problem to have a new activation code by the way. It is the same computer, I don’t know why it happened, I had no major update, my IP has not changed. Last time it happened, it was after an Internet provider change. But this time, I can’t see.
