activation email account?

When I go to activate my copy of zb4 I get an error that says that my email account does not match the one that was used to purchase the program???

I am receiving emails so I assume it must be the same?

I called cleverbridge and they said it was a known issue, but couldn’t give me a time frame for when it would be fixed???

Anyone have any info or a similar problem?
