A AAA game developer I know is looking to fill a position as Character Lead, actually focused on the technical side of things ( character pipeline, workflow etc…). Anybody interested is welcome to pm me. Be aware you do really need to have sufficient experience in working in a game dev studio and really be very tech savvy, so aside from profound zbrush skills you also need to know the ins and outs of at 3ds Max, rigging and Maya would of course be a big plus too.
