I see why you did not initially receive any replies to this topic. You posted in the Community category rather than the ZBrush Usage Questions category.

People who try to help answer questions – including members of the Pixologic staff like Paul (who replied above) – frequent the Usage Questions categories. The Community category is just used for non-ZBrush conversations and since ZBC is ZBrush-focused that category doesn’t get much activity or viewership.

In fact, if you look through the ZBrush Usage Questions category you will see that the VAST majority of topics are answered.
