Hello guys,
I was wondering if you know a good tutorial that would explain the brushes in zbrush, please? Its so many of them and whilst some are obvious others are a bit more confusing. Either I don’t know what they do or I know but I dont know what a use is for it? Any good video that would cover it, please? Thank you 
I don’t know of any tutorials that just deal in the sculpting brushes. Many of them are used for specific features, such as the Groom brushes used with FiberMesh, so you will find information about them along with tutorials on those features. For general information there are some brief notes here:

Otherwise you can get an idea of what the brush does by holding the Ctrl key while the cursor is over its icon so that the pop-up info appears. (This method for getting pop-up info applies to any interface item.)
