I noticed they broke the Questions and Troubleshooting into a few categories. I think it could stand to go a step further and be broken down by the various versions and platforms of ZBrush. Autodesk’s forum does a good job of this.

I think this makes sense because if I’m a 3.1 user, I can’t really help anyone asking questions about 3.5RC2. If I’m a 3.2 Mac user, I can’t really help any of the 3.1 PC people asking about displacement maps. The UI and therefore the processes for doing things is different in each version, and from what I’ve seen most of the problems people have (and the solutions) are specific to that version and platform.
Currently you go to the Q&T forums and it’s a cluster**** of questions about everything from ZB 2.0 to the current flurry of repeat 3.5 questions.
Good samaritan that I am, I don’t mind popping in a few times a day to see if I can help some people out, but I’m not inclined to sift through questions to find one that relates to the version of ZBrush I’m familiar with.
