3DSMax > Zbrush UV Map Broken

Hi all, hopefully someone can advise where I have gone wrong here.
I have modelled a low-poly head in Max, UV mapped it but when I import the OBJ into Zbrush the texture is all broken.

looks like a problem with your settings in Max during export.

the only thing you want to have selected in the export options is quads and texture coordinates. You may also want to apply a “reset Xform” to the object before export. It can be found in the utilities panel (little hammer).

Save before you perform this operation as it can’t be undone. Once you’ve applied the resetXform you’ll want to collapse the stack.

Then export out your obj.
