Hola to all,
I’m seeking a simple program that will allow me to rigg my zbrush models and pose them for out put. Something on par with XSI (good price, ease of learning) but Mac based. Any suggestions?

Cinema4D is a very good option and costs around 600USD
Blender is a very good option also. I strongly recommend buying the Blender book. The software is awfully powerful but its user interface takes a while to get used to.
It supports displacement maps. Normal maps are only support in one direction at the moment.
Thanks redab, 'preciate your response. I thought my post got lost in the sauce…
How about pixels3d? Ever try it?
I also suggest trying blender… be sure to look at main website to get the free video tutorials… it will save you LOTS of time
The newest version allows us to import Zbrush normal maps on our meshes
The newest version also has a FULL undo system now, along with a bunch of other goodies…
i use it in Windows and Linux, it is identicle except for a couple of the Hot keys…
hope this helps
Hey there, thanks! I will check it out
–edit–
I just came from the website, looks pretty d@mn good for an opensource product, I didn’t even know there was such an animal as an open source 3d app.
