3d Sculpting Class, Progress on Projects

First project is to select a reference and create that rhino’s persona into the rhino base mesh. Here is the Rhino, complete. There are images of progress and the reference attatched bellow.

Pretty good start. Things that immediately pop out to me are developing the heavy folds over the legs, also Rhino eyes tend to angle and tilt upwards at the front, and the mouth is far to long imo. Id personally probably angle the head down a little more and build the hump on the back as more of a continuation of the skull into back, but I appreciate there is a lot of variety in Rhino bodies.

Hey thanks, I took some of those ideas into consideration… esp the heavy folds on the legs. I think I could have done them better esp if I varied my brush size more. Overall, i’m happy with the outcome of the rhino.
