3 odd circles... a roadblock, help! T_T

So I encountered today three little circles, and now I cannot continue with my practice!

Does anyone know how to reset these to their origins? Every time I draw a zsphere now, the adaptive mesh for it is completely wonky!

are you in edit mode?..try importing the tool to a new document

I am in edit mode yes, switching back and forth between the adaptive mesh and Zspheres, these only appear in adaptive mesh. They do not edit my spheres when I mess with them, but they -do- edit what my spheres do from there on out, as well as effecting my entire mesh as a whole if I click and drag from inside any of them.

Needs a bump here, still haven’t resolved the issue :frowning:

I’m not sure if it works the same when looking at a zsphere in adaptive preview, which is what you are describing…but when working on a “skinned” object or a polymesh, these circles are the markers for the transform line. To reset them, in most cases, you simply need to click on another part of the mesh and they will disappear…for example, if you click on the model’s leg, they should go away. Just a quick click with the left mouse button.

You need to read the docs on the Transpose tool.

Edit>Move, Scale and Rotate are used for TransPose any time a mesh is being edited. This includes ZSphere preview meshes. At this time you need to use the Move brush (under the Brush palette) instead.

When the preview is turned off, Edit>Move, Scale and Rotate are used for manipulation of individual ZSpheres.

Thank you Aurick! That cleared it all up, I just need to be careful about that tool.
