Hi,

I’ve run into the error: “Error encountered while attemting to launch external editor.”

When trying to use Zapplink to send my document to Photoshop. Has anyone run into this issue using 2018.1?

With the help of our IT department, I did a reinstall with our Antivirus disabled but the problem persists.

Yes, it’s a known issue. Submit a ticket to Pixologic Support for a fix.

I’ve got the same problem after upgrading from ZB 2018 to ZB 2018.1 on Mac OS 10.13.6.
Send a ticket out some minutes ago.
