I still have a problem with eyelashes , I made a screenshot and you can see that they are very long , I tried to get rid of them in Zbrush , but it’s not that easy 
And I have another problem with textures , recently textures turn out to be orange ?
i’m not a Poser pro at all, so i can only hope what i’m about to say will help you. i think there might be an “eyelash” slider in Poser that you can reduce the eylashes but i’m not sure. it might only have one for the eyebrows.
anyway, your second problem can be easily taken care of. just take the dye tool and click on Michael’s skin. make the skin tone white and the textures should appear normal.

But I have several sliders for the eyelashes , but I dotn get a good result with any of them
i think there are some tutorials by aurick and/or southern (can’t really remember) on removing Poser eylashes in Z. i don’t know where the threads are, but you might want to go to southern’s website and see what you can find there. wish i could help more…sorry.

I’ve been busy all day looking for something to remove them and I found something , it’s not exactly what I was looking for but it’s ok for now 
It’s a head morph that seems to make the eyelashed disappear. But it changes Michael’s head too
I’ll check out Glenn’s site , why didnt I think of that before

LASH LOW STRAIGHT and LASH LOW FULL dials need edting on V2. Not sure on Michael.
and Jibberish has it right about the funney color. Change the colour in poser to white and it will be fine.

Removing the eyebrows is best done in Poser by setting the No Eyebrows dial to 1.
For the eyelashes, don’t even bother with a morph. Instead, create a pure black and white texture with the black areas being the geometry you want to keep and the white being what you want to get rid of (I use the Michael and Victoria templates and do it in Photoshop). Import that as an alpha, flip it vertically, and use the Tool>Modifiers>Selection>ALP button to turn it into a mask. Everything but the eyelashes will be masked. Now in the Selection menu, click the Hide Pts or Delete Pts button to get rid of them with ease.
