1152 install Error on Win7

When I tried to install V4 (as admin) the installer tried to decompress, then I get this error message:
1152: Error extracting C:\Users\myname\AppData\Local\Temp{Ac882984.msi to the temporary location

I have Googled the error and tried a few things like clearing out the Temp folder but to no avail. I’m running Windows 7 Pro on a brand new Core i7 machine with plenty of space and power.

I did submit a help ticket several days ago but I guess they are busy and have not received a reply…meanwhile I can’t install V4. CAan anyone suggest what to do about this?

Yes, it turned out that the installer was corrupt even though I had downloaded it a couple of times. Try downloading it again and reinstalling.
