Great work. Even though almost skeletal, her femininity comes through in her face, gesture, and bone structure as well.

Simply amazing. Disturbing, but real and intense. I think her facial expression is deep and gorgeous. Her head might be too “full”, giving more hints of the bone structure of the skull will add a better match with the body and give more character to the whole piece.

I keep staring at her waiting for her eyes to open all of a sudden.

holy mother of…i have just read that this rendering was done in zbrush, tbh i thought you rendered it in mental ray or something like that. its very realistic, the best i have seen so far done in zbrush.
the model itself deserves frontpage imho, its very beautiful from the artistic side and disgusting at the same time. i would make her face a bit more skinny but its just a personal taste…

That is really disturbing and really amazing at the same time.

I used to look not far away from that (minus the female form) when I was 14-15 (I had Anorexia). My face was a more emaciated but young girls tend to have more baby fat in their face still and it’s the last thing to go.

Amazing job! Incredible that you did it all inside Z-Brush, I wouldn’t have the patience (I mean presentation wise, the SSS and lighting).
