Personally we feel to become a great 3D Artist it’s not all about digital skills but all-round creative skills such as clay sculpture, drawing, painting and so on, that’s why we pull in artists to teach from Madame Tussauds, Scott Eaton and this year we are going to get the artist that created Dobby for the latest Harry Potter film, here is his website [http://moviesculptor.co.uk/](http://moviesculptor.co.uk/). At the end of the day I "Neil Gallagher" am a passionate artist with 10 years work experience at Rareware, Prime Focus and Kuju and just enjoy sharing great art work, I also love seeing whats gong on at other great education centers such as Supinfocom, VFS, Escape Studios and so on. Lots of the staff at the UH have 10 years plus experience in the industry, take for example Mark Wallman, head of VFX he has worked at most of the Large Soho studios, Framestore, Double Negative, MPC and so on.

Staff also dip in and out Industry when we can, I have just finished a two week job at Sony Liverpool and some other freelance bits a pieces, we also try and visit UK 3D companies throughout the summer. We may not be as up to date on forums as you but I am sure you appreciate that UH staff also have lots of duties to do, exam boards, Writen Feedback, studies such as teacher training courses, MA’s, PhD’s, software training and exploring new software such as 3Dcoat, Writing briefs, making lesson plans, caring for students, setting up exhibitions and the computer labs, after studies clubs, going out in Soho :smiley: and so on:confused:.

Its still under construction, i will later on make some more poses, and also a turntable.
And later on import it in UDK, with proper textures and materials…

when i was working on it, i made allot of detail on the belly and the back of her, but unfortunately the gun covers it all, and the gun isn’t real the best thing i could do, but i just wanted to get it out of the way, ant concentrate on the actual character…
