I had to submit a support ticket as Norton doesn’t like the installer, thinks its a bad boy and deleted it. Hopefully I can get an answer soon.
Got Zbrush 4r4 installed, seems to be working fine other than the new curve brushes don’t seem to be in the palette. any ideas?

Same problem, go to the quarantine area of Norton, restore file, go to Norton and suspend the anti virus for about 15 minutes.

Silkrooster: The problem is Norton Download Insight, which deletes the download with no option to quarantine or restore. You have to turn off Download Intelligence or, as bicc39 stated, temporarily turn off all of Norton antivirus. The important part is you need to do this BEFORE you download the ZBrush file again.
Hi guys, thanks a lot for another great update. I’m looking through the videos now and testing things out.
I do have a question about the curve insert mesh. Michael Pavlovich talked about using the “5” key to duplicate out a curve mesh while working with that brush. What if I have it set as a hotkey for something else already? Where can I access that duplicate function for the curve insert mesh brush without the “5” key? Thanks again guys!

I actually found it under curve function>snapshot…so, nevermind.
Same here man, It has removed the file from my computer as soon as it has downloaded. # times and still no file. Norton gives me a medium warning of ‘WS.Reputation.1’ Malware. Any idea what is behind this? False warning?
I had the same problem. I disabled Norton and downloaded again. Installer worked just fine.
You can also retreive the file in the options section in the warning window.
Norton didn’t give me the options link visible until my third try and disabling Norton for 15 minutes which you stated. I have restored it and am installing it now. Big thanks to the pixologic team for this nice surprise. And thanks for the qmesher plugin. I was expecting it to be an added cost. Thanks for the generosity. Once installed I will have a play.
