ZBrush 4.0 Purchase and Upgrade Schedule

that’s the thing though. technically, this isn’t an update for me. i pre-ordered a little while ago. i don’t even think i can get Zbrush 3.5 right. I’m being patient, but $600 and nothing to show for it is kind of annoying.

Got the email went through the whole cleverbridge thing and i get this notification that there has been a problem while processing my delivery…

Just got my email as well,there is a problem processing my delivery. I have to wait a few more days too… unnnghh

So is anyone else out there havein activation woes. I got my e-mail on the 10th and STILL can’t get it activated! It’s drivin me crazy! I’m dyin to get in and play with the new features and it’s suck that I can’t. I only have a few days of time off left to play with it before I go back to the salt mines.
I’ve submited a couple of tickets, and gotten the auto responce stuff…but no salution to activating.

Any buddy else stuck in this limbo?

Well least I’m not the only one with the prob, not sure if that makes me feel better or just worse about this proccess. have you subbmittes a ticket for it or are you just trying after few minutes and seeing if you get luch and get through the server crap?
I hear that may work.

I simply wait, I think it’s the responsible thing to do. I’m pretty sure Pixologic do its best to solve the problems and I’m not sure hammering the servers will help much :slight_smile:
If we are around there, it means we have money for a computer, programs, internet connection, power bills, so, we are amongst the privileged ones on this planet, waiting a bit won’t kill us :slight_smile:

My Wi Fi connection must have been too slow. I plugged in the cable and it worked.

I know its not of any help to all of you still waiting for their license, but nevertheless, let me express that I do really feel with you.

I can easily put myself into your situation and actually expected to be in the wating cue for longer.
so seriously I’m sorry not everyone got ZB4 already and truly hope all delivery and registration issues get sorted quickly.

ugh… still waiting for the license… is this process alphabetical or something?

What sucks more is we got our licenses at work, but were given strict orders to NOT install for another two weeks to a month so it doesn’t interfere with tight deadlines. Talk about tempting haha!

I know how you feel but even if you got your upgrade email you would most probably be in the same mess with us. Hopefully in a day or two all of these problems will be resolved. Personally I’m frustrated as well and irritated and thats not just because I have this crazy summer cold :)… We all know that Pixologic is working really hard to resolve these issues!

You’re lucky, I have no reply to my ticket, but mine is about my email address, they are probably replying to my old email which I can’t change on the support page and maybe my upgrade has gone to this address too…

I got a new download link from cleverbridge but now I’m getting the email mis match error :slight_smile: … Who would have thought that my update is going to be so painfull :slight_smile:

same here mate, you think “woohoo, the mail is here let’s gogogo” and in fact the pain only really starts and days go by in frustration… pitty that , really… still trying to remain positive though :cool:

Speaking of pain, I’m unfortunately on dial-up. That means my download is about 12 hours. Yes, 12 hours. :cry:

A few days ago I received my 4.0 email and was able to get 179 of the 243 mb’s downloaded before being cut off. I tried the download link from the email (the one that said “this download link will be valid until August 24”) But I get a “clever” message saying the download link is no longer valid. :evil:

Of course Pixologic support responds to my ticket with “use the email that has the download link.” This seems to be a generic first response. :mad:

So I get a “clever” message when I contacted them that basically said they are working on the problem and it should be resolved by the end of the day (that was 8/11.) :frowning:

So here I sit, wondering if the problem has been fixed and I’ve been put to the end of the distribution list, or I’ve simply dropped off the email list all together. Hate to start another ticket, but…:eek:

But I always have that 12 hour download to look forward to.:smiley:
