Still waiting for my ZB 4 link here. Does anyone know if 3.5 R3 users will have to send a request in or should it just automatically show up for download?

Don’t know if this is being done over the next couple of days or what, but nothing yet to report. Hoping soon like others.

Should be all automatic. As long as your support account has your clevebridge reference # and serial listed.

Make sure you have access to the email acct that you used when you activated 3.5

I am still awaiting Z4 goodness here.

I got mine from the original zb 3.5 request, so you should be ok.

I am having a problem though. I tried the online activation and got an email error 3 or 4 times straight. guess I’ll have to wait till monday and call them.

They will get through them in good time. Im awaiting mine still. Last time I waited 2 days till I got my v3 licence through.

Got the link but activation didn’t work.Gotta wait for them to reply via email now.Bummer :confused:

Just keep trying the activation link, it took like 20 trys for me to get it done.

i had the same problem and now its working :slight_smile:

  1. If your system clock is correct, the next thing to do is disable any antivirus software that might be running on your computer. Many such programs prevent the license from being written successfully, resulting in an “Activation Failed” message. After you have have activated successfully you can enable your protective software again.

that was what i did to make it work

based on whats said if you purchase via download you can get the special limited edition as a backup. i don’t really see an option that shows this info.

Anyone having this problem and do you have a solution?

It doesn’t seem to scale to lower monitor resolutions very well. Increase your screen resolution until it looks right.

your window is too narrow, try a higher resolution on your monitor, or if you have both dividers open, try closing one.

Your window size is too small, use larger window size.

Think I just got very lucky with my ZB4.

Downloaded quick and activated fast on first try.

Now, to shun the world for the next month…;o)

1600 x 1200 works great - unfortunately - my aging eyes are having a very difficult time reading any text items. :lol:

Sorry, currently the size of the text can not be modified. But it is something to consider for future versions.
Meanwhile try the attached UI. It will not solve the problem, but it may help a little.
In this UI, you’ll see a zoom window in the left shelf. This window can show the area under the cursor magnified 2,4 or 8 times. Tap on the zoom window to select the preferred zoom level.

Sorry I mean Cleverbridge… Tried to change my email on the support page to no avail… does this mean I won’t get my upgrade…?

i’m sorry, i havn’t gone through all the posts here, but i would like to know if this is an upgrade or a new version - e.g. can i keep v.3.5 and install v.4 separately?

does Pixologic not like the Chrome browser? My “upgrade” has been delayed becuase they ran into some kind of problem while I was giving them my info :frowning:
