Hey lijueshi,
I don’t know if you could do a direct install into your Linux Ubuntu Wine. I tend not to do this because wine has all of the files to work with when you have a program already installed in windows for translating the windows code into a Linux program on the fly. So since it has more windows files to work with you typically get better results when running and using wine in Linux. If you try to install directly into wine you might not end up with all of the files you need to run XYZ program. Sometimes that works and sometimes it does not because you have missing files typically. You can try it who knows it might work. I just know this works for sure.
To the Mac user you can run Linux programs on your Mac since your OSX is a unix. So if you install wine on your Mac there is a pretty good chance you can follow my instructions and have Windows ZBrush 3.5 running on your mac with out having to wait for the Mac version.
Only I suspect it will be more difficult on the mac because you are not going to have the easy download install system that Ubuntu linux has. All of the shell commands will work though as you are using Unix and the shells are identical.
So you can probably forget about going to the mountain for your mac you will probably have to go to the Moon to pull the samething off. lol
Just a joke.
Cheers,
