You have to make sure your Support Account is set up and information is there. Then they email the link to the update. You need your Cleverbridge number from 3 and the serial number entered into your account or you won’t get the email.
They send the emails in batches over a few days. Last time mine came after two days so if they follow the same protocol I imagine I won’t see this for a day or two.
I don’t know how you get to the head of the line but I’ve seen nothing yet so I assume it will be the same this time.
