Friends! I would like to introduce to you result of the test of animation of my animal. I wanted to check up an opportunity of adjustment of a skeleton and binding to model. As far as it will be correct to look. Here you can download it [color=cyan]High Res and Low Res video file.
Except for it, I check variant as it will look at movement of model with a displacement map, bump a color map. I want to make movements by relatives to real. But test variants of color animation I shall present later.

Very nice! And I see you use the best program for that 8-).
One crit only… towards the end, when he’s moving his mouth, then the rest of the body is frozen. Always move the body. Even if you move it slightly back and forth and siedeways. Just a little bit, it has a major reality impact. Try to mimic the speed of his breath while standing still. Even if you do not animate the volume, the rhythm will be perceived as breath.

low poly model of the human which it is possible to use as the base form.

Only thing which is catching my eyes is that the creature looks like its made of stone, its skin or expression is too rigid…

very cool, but i think you should work on the texture for the tusks

I think you should work on the teeth and the eyes. Make him more menacing. He kinda resembles Barney The Dinosaur.
