A couple critz
the hands / wrists look a bit flat and strange from certain angles (1.jpg)
the neck to the should transition looks like there is a bit of mass missing
The amount of details on the head Vs body is a bit unbalanced but I’m sure that will change once you sculpt the suit details.

Looking forward too seeing the rest of the progression and the final sculpt!

After layout UV,
I used displacemnet function in zbrush.
I found the pattern and used that pattenr all over Venom’s body.
it’s really easy. you should try it

Very nice and dynamic.
My only complaint are the pointy bits of spider mans web. Especially around his back. If you correct that I think you’re pretty much set!

The only thing I think that looks a little odd is the strands of (presumably) symbiote coming off of him don’t look like they’re coming from him, instead they look like they’re going from the floor to him.
Edit: I think I was a little dense there, are the strands meant to be web from Spiderman to hold him there? If so, then I think they look pretty good. 
The feet also currently look like they’re got a loose costume on.
Other than that, looks absolutely amazing. Can’t wait to see it textured.
