Thanks for the reply. Looks like I will start saving to upgrade my PC.

I am trying to find something I can comment on in a constructive criticism way but there isn’t much. It looks really good.
Ok, here is all I’ve got. Belly button? Should this creature have one?

Amazing.

it is looking nice. i like the ridge on the bicep into the pec, really cool. the only thing that is throwing me off is the the variation in high frequency detail. it looks nice in some areas, but non-existent in others. for example, on his biceps and the middled of his ribcage right under the pecs. also, i think his clavicle might be a little too pronounced. definately a cool character and i’m looking forward to seeing him completed.

great work friend !

I love the design of the face ! congrats for the great stuff

Very well done! what a cool and mean looking character you got there.

Wow…
I couldn’t find words to say something about your work…
Every post from you is a piece of art, and I spend a lot of time in front my screen contemplating every image.
Congrats:+1: :+1: :+1:

Really impressive work… and correct anatomy study
Congrats :+1:

Great details on this model and with some real attitude in the face.

great work! can you tell us a little bit about how you lit this scene to get the nice highlights, as well as the materials you use to get the specular highlights? I’m assuming you also use projection master for the finer details like wrinkles?

have you done any test renders outside of ZBrush? I find that getting this level of detail to show up well in an outside program (I use Maya) is an art form in itself!!!

If I had one piece of constructive criticism, it would be this - try to vary the size of the wrinkles. Look at older men with wrinkled skin and you’ll see that the wrinkles can vary greatly in size, width, and length. This will make an already awesome piece even more life-like! Hope this helps:lol:

I wish you luck in your endeavors!

Mike

And yes - do tell us “everything”
