UV Unwrapping

Hello, I’m very new to Zbrush and I’ve finished my final model in Zbrush, sculpted and polypainted but I forgot to UV the mesh prior to poly painting. I don’t think there’s any way around this rather than Uving the old sculpted model and re-painting the entire model. Does anyone know if there is a solution to this?

There’s no need to UV map the model before polypainting, you can do it at any time. There’s a brief outline of what to do here:
