This is coming along really nicely. One thing that I noticed off the bat, is that if you look at the photo of Tom, the tops of his eyes really slope downward as they go outwards to the sides, whereas yours are very symmetrical, almost “almond” shaped. I think if you replicate that downward slope, a simple adjustment, will really send it forward by leaps and bounds.

You need to tighten his eyes and brows. He has small tightly set eyes.
Excellent model. My only criticism is, like others here, the jaw line. The angle of Cruise’s jaw comes down much steeper, around 45 degrees in the photo. His head is tilted downwards which accentuates the angle but if you get more of that angle in your model you’ll have it nailed.
Great modeling. I think try moving the eyes closer together and maybe tone down the highlight on them just a little bit. Overall cruise has a narrower looking face. I played around with the image in PS. Here is the side-by-side. What do you think?

This is an awesome job! I agree with mr martin, though. The jaw still looks a little too square. He’s got a more triangular shaped jaw. The back of his jaw is higher in the photo in relation to his mouth. Nice work.

that looks great but i think the eyebrows are slightly too big i made them a bit smaller and moved the eyes a bit closer together i think that makes for a better likeness
