All right! Cleverbridge just emailed me a download link, too! I think I’ll wait until night time to download and activate, though. Maybe that’ll help me avoid some of the other problems people have been experiencing…

Good i have received the email from cleverbridge too and i´m downloading right now…

I just received my new link, 3 hours intead of two, but still close. But, now I have an email mis match.

Same problem here. Received the link for download. Downloaded and installed ZB4, trying to register it, but the web page says:" The email address provided does not match with the serial key provided at the time of purchase".
I obviously checked for the correct address, but the problem persists.
And now? :confused:
Sincerely it is a pity that such a wonderful program has these troubles for a simple installation.

Yeah, I had the email mismatch problem, too, but found a workaround that hmphhh posted in another thread:

I was extremely skeptical when I tried it, but IT WORKED! I’m now running ZBrush 4.0!!

(Even if you didn’t get the SQL error in your email, you can simply click on the “Order CD” link, then follow steps 5 and 6 in hmphhh’s post.)

The email with download link was waiting for me this morning, but now I’m having the email vs. serial number problem. Tried the workaround but it didn’t help. Oh well, back to waiting…

Where I left off yesterday was that I was getting an email mismatch of my second round install.
Went to work to try to do some stuff today and none of the cleverbridge links work off any of the emails.

Zbrush.

Wouldn’t it be cool if Zbrush used Steam to deliver software? We’d all have a working copy day 1.

Will now im in the same boat waiting on bloody cleverbridge issue.
