The Muse - Completed

Softwares:
Modeling: #autodeskmaya #zbrush
Texturing: #substancepainter #thefoundrymari #madewithmari
Hair: Xgen
Background statues photoscans #realitycapture
The muse: @taylorlashae this was created based on a photo from her and her photographer
All elements were modeled and texture by me… with the background statues, which I photoscan myself and processed .
Will look back to this and loving working on the lighting and sculpting the contrast between a more realistic character vs a greco-roman like sculpture as if was made over 2k years ago.
Thanks for the support everyone, truly means a lot… until the next one!! (hopefully not next year)

Emm, what happened to her big toe in right leg?

Would be great to hear some details about your photogrammetry flow. Amount of picture, how you deal with top part (hand sculpted or you had tri/mono-pod)?

Cheers and congratulations. love that light

the only issue I see with the toe, is that its been hit by a light, and calling for unwanted attention to that area…
the toe is fine, in proportion to her feet. and Remember…this is based on a real photograph and model who is very beautiful head to toe.

I took a lot of pictures as Many as I could while I was at the MET…no tripod it was just me holding the camera. I end up with close to 2k images and I processed over 20 statues. the majority of them were very decent.
what you see is the RAW decimated scans with some minor cleanup. only for one statue I added a stick to it…as it looked weird with the hand out in the air.

thank you!
