Cheesewiz on the boobies is kinda kinky, but that’s just me. 
this looks pretty sick, I was thinking that maybe adding some more thickness/definition to the scales along the belly could strenghen the appearance. Or perhaps it will look fine with a texture applied lol.

Nice work. Here is my constructive criticism.
There is not much I can say bout the modeling. It is top notch. But the pose has a few issues that stand out to me. The lady’s ankles would not be separated like that if she was being held like that. The left ankle should be resting on the right ankle.
Also, her arm should not be bent like that. Gravity would pull it more straight. Some man arms might hang like that if they have a decent amount of muscle, which might be why you posed it that way, but a woman’s arm would hang down further. Often women can hyperextend their elbows easily.
