おめでとうございます
めちゃかこいい

Hi everyone!
Thanks for the comments guys!!
I am really appreciate you like my works!
And it’s on the top row, this is greatest honor to me.

This time,I’m gonna share my modeling, rendering, compositting work flow about first Skull In order to give back you

1.Modeling
First, I was gathered some reference to make Skull using Google Images search.

This is my skull’s base modeling Video.

<iframe title=“YouTube video player” width=“480” height=“390” src=“http://www.youtube.com/embed/kbDiX-OynNI” frameborder=“0” allowfullscreen

As you watch this video,I would not to make a Skull head,I was going to make some Creature like zombie.
So,I was just begin make a skull just a parts of zombie.
but I fell in love to Skull with every step we continue to create.lol
then I decided to make Skull head.

I used CrayTube,Cray,Smooth, brush for base sculpting,
and Standard and Slash brush for detailing.
Why I used Cray brushes to base sculpting, because If use standard or something the shape likely to be bashed.
If you use Cray brushes, your model can be keep good shape.

Detailing,I mainly used standard brush with gravity.
and some alphas,(you can download here)http://www.zbrushcentral.com/showthread.php?t=79195&page=18&pp=15

2.Rendering
I used mentalray in Maya for beauty render.
The scene set up is really simple.
poly reduced model(use Decimation Master) and just one Area light.
my rendering work flow is based on tutorial by Issac Ramirez.
http://www.zbrushcentral.com/showthread.php?t=83524
so,light and Camera setup is almost same of his setup.

Material,I picked mia_material_x.
and this is material setting.

3.Composite
Compositting is also simple.
I exported just 3 passes(Diffuse,Occulusion,Depth)

and then,color corrected to it.
final,I added Lens correct and little bit add chromatic aberration using Photoshop.

Thats it

If you have any questions, feel free to ask me!

great models demon looks interesting.

Really stand out work, the faces on your characters are nothing short of superb, the only critique i have is with the bottom of the jeans they look almost liquid.

Any chance we can see a flat shaded version of the space marine style character.

hey bro !

very nice work !
i love the demon ! looks great , can’t wait to see it finished .
the 4th pic mood remind me of matrix :stuck_out_tongue: .

keep it up !

best regards,
Salim Ljabli

Awesome! Love the demon :sunglasses: :+1:

Hi, I watched your seminar (though I dont speak japanese) and I would appreciate if you could tell me the steps you took when it came to adding the eyes. I noticed you did one then you added the other using a different technique, would you mind telling me what that technique was? The reason I am asking is that I am new to zbrush and I am trying to learn as much as possible. Thanks for any help you can give me and the seminar by the way was really good

Wow Tazn… inspiring stuff!
