Sea Creature

This is really awesome work. Great showcase of rendering looks like it would be some poster or marketing material for a triple A PS3 game. Captain America looks mesmerizing, just like the other works, would you care to share your rendering and texturing/shading process?

MARVELous  job on Cap! You are a ZBrush GOD!

I’m sure you’ll have a VERY successful run as a freelancer! Brilliant work!

Best of luck. Hope to see more of your stuff!

Hello.

I just want to tell you a “small” (big text, but refered to a small thing) coment, wich doesnt mean you did a great job at all.

I feel it lacks on detailing a bit more on the textures. For example, first image, captain america, i feel that the shield needs more detail to achieve and understand better the complete surface. I think it can be done by highliting better the edges of it, you did, but i think it needs more and bigger ones (even arround of the parts where the color has been removed). Also the shoes, it feels like they are new, but they arent. I think with some detailling on some really small parts can help this a lot. About the second image, the same, i feel it needs more highlihjts on the edges, with different shape and intensity, to achieve the “used” metal look you wanted (like the horn on the shoes, i would do it with more highlights there). I think it can be improved a lot by making areas where this can be very noticeable and leaving others like there are now, i feel like i dont know if everything is damaged or not, old or “new”. Its like all the fine detail on each picture is a bit flat, all the same. All the edge detail is almost the same in size and intensity, also the rust and dirty details on all over the model. For example, looking at the belt on the second image, it feels a bit flat, like its difficult to me to understand it as a different part, and also the parts inside the belt (the small belts arround it).

Of course, maybe you really well know all im telling you but you didnt have the time blablabla (or you dont see it like i see it!!!). I know how it is, to finish something in time. Im just telling you what i feel looking the images from a texture artist point of view! also, with the feeling of how easy is to critic somethins that is already done (and that only a few like you can get it done).

Congrats and nice work!

Simply excellent. Very good work in almost all aspects. :+1:

hi this is amazing work :+1:

Oh! a real ZBrush Artist

Bravo … Great work … No comment

5 stars for me :+1: :+1: :+1: :+1: :+1:

is that your take on juggernaut? if so its freaking amazing.

I can’t say anything but positives on the work, however as a comic book nerd, I can tell you your missing one vital point.

Captain America’s shield is made of Vibranium, which is an alloy of adamantium. So it would not bend or dent. I likie the paint being scraped away, and you could definatly add scuffs, but vibranium can’t bend. it actually stronger than adamantium because it absorbs vibrations, which is what allows cap to bounce it off his enemies and it recoils and comes back to him.

other then that freaking AMAZING

It’s unrelated to your models [since I’ve already commented on those :)] but I had to say it - you should change the colour of the font on your website - it’s almost totally blending with the bg and it’s impossible to read without selecting the text, which is rather annoying and straining on the eyes [I’m sure you don’t want blind clients :sunglasses: ]

Fantastic work, great renders… thanks for posting

Simply fantastic :grimacing: :grimacing: :grimacing: looking forward to see more of your works
