I think it’s worth mentioning this character was done from A to Z in Zbrush even the renders, for those who want to know.

It took me about 120 hours including the engineering.
I think it is interesting to say that, not only I have modeled this guy from A to Z and also rendered in Zbrush only, but I also have done the complete engineering in Zbrush for Sideshow with Decimation Master and the Boolean system only.
Model made from design to high resolution mesh to render in Zbrush (Post prod in Photoshop). The render method is still greatly inspired by Rafael Grassetti’s method he teaches on his Gumroad.

I did everything with mask extractions and booleans for the M60 on his back
Some people asked for quick tips so here is how I used the tools of new Zbrush 2019 (especially the new ZRemesher algorithm and with the “Keep Groups” option) to make some of the more complicated pieces! Reminder that this model is done 100% in Zbrush.
