Havent posted anything in awhile… so I thought I show my latest speed sculpt done for 3dTotal’s SpeedSculpt Challenge. This one actually won first place.

My staff won second place and with that I get to have it printed. So for the last couple of weeks, I have been trying to finalize it and get it suitable for printing. Here is where its at so far.

My wish would be to see more tension in the limbs, like its ready to pounce/run away and for its torso to be a bit gaunter, exagerating the rib cage and spine a bit more
Maybe add some of that slime/drool getting flung off and stuck to its body?

Looking nice Sean. I don’t think he’s cuddly at all if it makes you feel better.
I would think about maybe making his hands a bit larger and depending on where you want to take the design of this guy, make his face a little different than the other horseface. Maybe a little less developed teeth or less protrusion…just a thought.

Here is the final image to my ‘Fishboys’ project. I used 3dsmax for the base mesh, but all sculpting and rendering was done in Zbrush. Hope you like it C&C welcome.

Based off of one of my own concepts, I did this quick sculpt to futher flesh out the concept of a demon who was once a beautiful person, but after an eternity in hell, his body and mind have been warped. C&C Welcome.
