Nice head! Good expressions, too! :+1:

Alot of blendshapes. Looked great. Not much more to say, except I was blinded by quality

Wow! awesome blend shapes!!! … and model!

Fantastic blende shapes. Stunning how many is needed just for the mouth. Do you have any larger views of that entire sheet of blendshapes? I can’t wait to see her textured and rendered.

cool shapes, at :10 it seems the left eye shape has some effect on the right eye, and this is probably a nit pick but possibly some deeper crows feet wrinkles?

Lookin forward to more :+1:

It’s awsome :+1:
I wonder if Blender can import blendshapes?

lovely work

Thanks guys, I’m glad you like it.

1soul:
Great eye  When I extracted the symmetrical shape I made my falloff too far and I didn’t notice it.
And for the eyes it move the opposite eye too.

I can’t answer you I really don’t know anything about blender, but I guess it can.

New work, a simple anatomy study but here it is.

Great Work! The rear shot of the triceps bother me, but I am not sure why. Maybe they are twisting around the humorous too much and the upper head of that muscle seams puny compared to the mass of the rest of the arm. Still looks so believable that I am not sure it is wrong.

nice sculpt sir

looking good, the front of the torso and the hands in particular look great, I have a sneaking suspicion that these are the areas you’ve spent the most time refining

I agree with Cloudrid3r on the tricep, the are where the innermost part of the long head of the tricep inserts into the scapula looks off. If I were to note any other parts of the anatomy that might be looking a little off, there are a couple of areas in particular:

  • the group of muscles in the scapular region looks random, no discernible teres major or flat plane of the infraspinatus. Not an easily discernible acromion process.
  • I can’t seem to find a good ulnar furrow on your lover arm. It looks almost like a big version of the extensor carpi ulnaris is wrapping over where the ulnar furrow would be, in a weird sort of wavy fashion
  • Might just be the perspective, but the mass off the tendon from the gastrocnemeus to the heel looks a little weird, mostly due to the thickness on the lateral side

hope that made some sense

Loving the face blend shapes btw!

L

Thanks all and sorry for the late answer.
larsivar: I totally agreed with your comments, you’ve got a keen eye for anatomy, thanks for the comments.

Here is something totally different, I’m doing a workshop with Bryan Wynia and it is really great, you need to have a good understanding of Zbrush
if you want to take the most of it but it is definitly a workshop I recommend.
So here is what I produced for this workshop.
We had to make speedsculpt of 1hour each.
Than we did thumbnails research trying to explore as many avenue as we can.
Finally one of the speedsculpt I did was what I prefer the most, but thumbnailing was great and definitly something to do.
After that I took my sculpt, refined it and paint it.

Awesome sculpts! :+1:

Amazing sculpts!
And really well presented!
Great job :+1:small_orange_diamond:+1: !

Oustanding work. very inspiring sculptures :):+1:

Most of these sculpts look like they inhabit an aquatic world. Are they based off of any existing aquatic animals?

Thank you sculptor.zb, asecbrush, and Evan Gaugh.

CriticalHap, they are in fact based on aquatic animals, the goal was to illustrate creatures from H.P Lovecraft book, the shadow over Innsmouth.
They are described as fish/frog humanoid creature.
So I try to introduced fish and frog in them ;)

Super stuff!! Fishy guys are great.

Amazing work. Love the character design. Keep up the amazing work!
