Can u explain mesh construction of eye socket? how get such reflections…

Webhead, Thank you
)+( JAMES )+(, Thanks, took me about 10 days to do them both
vlad7, Thank you
jan19, Thank you
Diablo, Thank you
Maher Zack, Thank you
Ustos, Thanks, for eyes I use 2 separate meshes, one Iris, the other cornea&sclera, for reflections, I use some sphere type vray lights with low intensity so that it does not affect the lighting much but leaves reflections in her eyes.

Hey guys, here is a Fawn deer model I did while ago for an animation project, cheers.

Such a powerful thread… a lot fo good stuff here…

Congrats!

Hey guys, I did sculpt of Daniel Craig almost 2 years ago(late 2012) based on Luc Begin’s 3D model of him(as a study on how to add facial details in zbrush) and as recently one of my friends suggested to create an advance facial rig for him, I decided to work more on him, trying to get closer to the ref and also enhance level of realism. It has been a long time since I wanted to work on my zbrush rendering skills but couldn’t find an in-depth tutorial for that but thanks to Rafael Grassetti who released an amazing tutorial recently covering sculpting and rendering techniques in zbrush, I could find answers to lots of questions I had about BPR renders and also nailing likeness using zapplink, so here we are, a new version of Daniel craig’s sculpt, I will take renders in 3ds max too and will try to use Ornatrix for his hair this time. (I’m really tired of hair and fur, it’s not cool.) hope you like it, cheers .

nailed it!

Outstanding work! Really amazing. Looks so much like him!

Best portrait I’ve seen so far. You’ve captured him realistically and yet you’ve made him appealing too - which rarely happens.
Two things. The eyelashes stand out in an unrealistic way, to thick and too spaced out? Not sure.
Also, the small hairs come up too far into his cheekbones and on the outside of his brows (temple area) making him look a little too fuzzy in those specific areas.

Just great!

Thanks guys, glad you like it  I will use density map for hair in my max renders so hair will look much better hopefully, cheers.

Thank you so much for sharing your amazing work and making all superb tutorials! I have learned so much from your thread! Hugs and kisses!

he is one of my favourite actor i like the work only one word wow

Wow! this is really inspiring as an artist.

Thanks guys, here are some renders of Daniel Craig’s Head, cheers:

great! …:+1:small_orange_diamond:+1:

you’re work is awesome, could you share some of your 3dsmax setup, like the lighting rig? and do you use multiple layers for the skin shading, like a couple of vray materials??

yeah that would be awesome man.keep rocking.
