Great work as usual Khaled

However here are my comments, and please don’t get it the wrong way.
No one should disagree with your design if you want it to be that way

However for some improvements I would recommend the following

The head is too small, even for an Arabian horse, and I know the fact the smaller = prettier for Arabians
I’ve seen many classic paintings for the Arabians and they all exaggerate in the head size to make it more desirable. If that’s the case then ignore my remark.

The second point is the position of the horn, anatomically it’s too low and too big for the head size.

However you captured the neck and the pasture of the Arabian very well

Great job mate

khalid72,
This is a wonderfully stunning image!
Gorgeous, beautiful, and filled with delight.

Praise to you for creating and sharing this vision with us all. Worth every second you spent on it. Obviously your no amateur and your efforts are easily worthy of TOP ROW in my book.

You’ve shared something special, and different, which is a big plus.

Excellent in every. Nice touches throughout. I am fond of so much about this image. Enjoyed the little details as well. They have not gone unappreciated on me.

LOOKING FORWARD TO YOUR NEXT WONDERFUL CREATION

FIVE WELL EARNED STARS
FROM ME TO YOU…

This is a wonderfull piece of art, you hav done the unicorn justice. Bravo

Sorry but i have to agree about the horn though being to big. But thats the only crit, and i don’t like to give that on such a fantastic image.:+1:small_orange_diamond:+1:small_orange_diamond:+1:

Thanks again Brother for the nice words:+1:, however Anatomy and positions, horn size, horn location, are based on my imagination or a version of an Artist…There are Thousands of versions on the net and in books…all look weird or exactly like a horse, so this is only my version, or my story, or my contribution to the unicorn images that were created threw out time, and again I would say that this is not an image about looking realistic or not… or functional or what have you, it is simply just a thought when I had time to practice…

Thanks again for you nice words and time to look at it carefully, all your comments have bean helpful and will help my work flow ;)

Not to belabor a point. It just seems from looking at the horn, an object that size would weigh a lot. Of course you can say it’s made out of mystical stuff that is lighter than balsa wood.

The most important rule/guideline of fantastic imagery is to produce an image that streches reality but still remains convincing. When I look at the horn I’m not convinced. IMHO it doesn’t convey power, majesty etc.; it just looks for lack of a kinder word…wrong.

The decision to have a smaller head is fine; it does convey the feeling of power and majesty, But the horn defies gravity, and no magical explanation can overthrow gravity.

I’d make the horm thinner and shorten it.

I dont know why this is not on the top row already. Great job.

oh! hehehe!!

willbrown1… thanks Brother…and thanks again and many many thanks    I
heard you man!!!

Still… I will repeat for you my good friend one MORE TIME, I did do it purposely… as an ARTIST ;), I guess I deserve to have artistic license!!! especially since I have bean directing art and selling it for many many years ;)…

But I am still happy to here such direction, by the way I have seen your posts and your concepts, and hope that soon you can produce a ZBrush version to the standards you have envisioned… and then I will be giving you my best wishes brother and maybe my humble guidance…

Thanks all whom have given all the help and good support … I Love these forums and it always feels like home …I Just want to say …LOVE ZBRUSH!!! Couldnt have done it without it

I realize your work shows a deep knowledge and experience and deserves respect. However, that’s why an experienced artist requests a critique from peers.

We can serve you with fresh eyes.

I, too, have many, many years of work behind me in an art production environment. I’m the senior in my department. I trust my younger colleagues to step up and let me know when I can’t see the forrest for the trees.

My comments are directed to you to assist you in improving an already wonderful image.

I also have an artistic liscense (I’ll post it, if necessary, just as soon as the ink dries ;o])

When a few of my peers supportively suggest that maybe something I’ve created ain’t working, I can usually get and take the hint. Maybe it will result in a better image?

And regarding your offers of guidance as I post,THANK YOU! By all means, I can use ALL the help I can get. I've been in the ART game professionally for more than thirty-five years and I still consider myself a novice. THOUGH NOW, I MAY NOT HAVE THE FRESHEST EYES :D

Hello Brother…
Great!!and good for you!!!

First of all I loooove critiques from the Professionals in the industry to my simple and humble art, as we are all beginners in this huge industry.:D I also agree with all what you have said above , But when a person has something different in mind to say, thats great-!! everyone is entitled to his or her opinions....as Artists!! or Others..!! .... but if there opinion was said once, No need to push for it many times, especially if the Director or the Artist or the Author of the artwork have chosen already a path for his art, so as you have stated.... we are here to help each other ...... so.... no need being pushy about an Idea, especially since the English is easy to understand. This forum is a friendly & happy forum that was created for the sake of sharing and learning and growing ...... no need for a continues repeats .... on the same subjects!!!... as Professionals we learn to have a certain respect for others...and we learn clearly out limitations...... Well..... these are things that I've learned from my humble masters that helped create this lovely industry we live in today. saying all that.... I would still like to ..... Thank You!! I also hope soon to see some of your Amazing work on ZB :D... I'm sorry, but now I will have to Go back to my bad habits....... Zbrushing ;)

I’m not sure why this hasn’t been made top row yet. I’m a new fan of your work now btw. I hope to see more soon, although I assume it takes awhile to do these pieces. They have so much intricate detail and lighting!

Thanks a lot brother, and I really appreciate your comments-!!
