sideshow collectibles, Snake eyes Vs Ninjas

Really great job Lil’sister :+1:

As Sebcesoir said, it should be cool to work in ‘figurine’ business ^^

In fact, I have some questions about this process of creating real model from 3D ones …

You should be really busy as many of us, but I think I’ll ask you some questions in pv, if you allow me

Again, great job. Great gesture on the ninja

That’s hardcore!!! Congrats on Top Row in a single bound!

off the scale :+1: :+1:

Great work Sir Giraud! Just wondering though, did you intend the sculpts to have the folds on the clothing to have a chisled out(hardedged) look to them because it will transfer to the actual resin better than if you made it look realistic and soft like they’re supposed to be?

I may be about to start work on a resin model myself via digital sculpt laser prototyping process, it would be my first time, but i do understand I have to take note and understand some of the technicalities involve in the transition from digital sculpt to resin, any pointers you may have in mind?

BAD ASS!!! congrats on the top row too!!

Awesome Job. Print turned out sweet.

thank so much guys for all the comments! I really appreciate it! I will post again soon to answer some of the questions and thank you guys individually,

Awesome work. Very impressive!

and inspiring.

C h e e r s !

Awesome work David! Really cool sculpt, incredibly dynamic poses and superb details! I love it !

All polys must face the same way without any overlaps, model must be water tight. They can use support materials for some parts but generally good to keep it pretty thick through out to be safe. On average the thinnest you can go is about .05mm about the diameter of cheap mechanical pencil lead (highly suggested NOT to go that thin anywhere in a 3D print). Prices range from company to company. I’ve been looking into 3d printing a model as a birthday present for my dad. Hope that helps.
Oh btw, these guys have actually done some stuff by Zbrush modelers…

Great stuff David! The gravity in the piece is very convincing and that alternate mask is very original! Can’t wait to get this :D.

I also whish I had that on my desk

Awesome Awesome work !!

love the energy of the piece :+1:small_orange_diamond:+1:

the ability to create the different mask versions was probably a hoot to do.
Congratz on your dream achievement.

Some sweet stuff, love the pose and especially the base some nice details on the woodwork and monolith.

Wow… love this piece. Heya David! Adam! This is awesome stuff. Haha… I remember greg did a similar piece with the baroness awhile back and that was was also very awesome! Just love ninjas.

Can’t wait for the avatar stuff! IT’S gonna RULE!

props to morpheus for the great 3d print as well! who did the paint? really nicely executed. i really like the broken sword effect sticking to SE’s katana. That kind of anti-gravity stuff just takes the cake. speaking of cakes… going to sell like hotcakes! you guys better preorder while you can!

Awesome work man! The poses are really dynamic! Love it! Great work on the sculpts too - nice details… came out wicked kool!! 5 big stars and definitely deserves the top row! Congrats.

Such a great job! i want one!
