wesclei - Hey man, it’s me, Trevor, from Cesar’s class…good to see this guy again!
He’s come a long way and looks good. Great pose too…really helps bring the guy to life. My crits are kinda small…maybe add a little more crisper detail/modeling to the knee, lower thigh insertion areas. Accentuate the knee cap and the tendons from the thigh connecting to the lower leg. Maybe add a little bit more volume/detail to the brachioradialis/radialis/foream muscles/insertions on the outer part of the arm where the lower arm meets the upper arm. These modifications might help sell the pose even more, by accentuating anatomical points or areas of tension from the pose. The little wrinkles around the center of the robe don’t look quite as realistic or convincing as the rest of it.
These are just my opinions, for what they’re worth…(maybe not much  )

Overall really cool looking…are you gonna texture him?

great work man!! love the pose!!

wow wesclei,

This guy came out really cool. The texturing and rendering looks really good, it compliments the look/feel of the model nicely. This is a lot of work, good job.

Whoa! This is freakin’ awesome! So damn creepy and well done, from the concept to the pose to the details and textures. *****

I would say the hands and feet are too large, but in the final images, they somehow add to the scariness. In the original sculpts, they caught my eye, but you pulled it off and made them fit right in, from every final angle too!

What did you use for the final render and for the cloth textures?

jamespthornton, thanks guy…

all textures were done in zbrush with polypaint, only the opacity map for clothes was painted in photoshop… for render i am using 3dsmax/mental ray…

thanks for comment
