Nope its the material itself. Its self illuminating. If the renders are in zbrush, you can simply paint on a different material over the area. Are you going for a cartoony look or realism?

He has an amazing matcap of an eye you can use. I think if you played around with the material abit you could find the perfect eye for her. You also may be able to get away with just painting in the shading manually, and add a lot of tiny veins.
The rest of her is a really amazing sculpt though.
I was aiming for cartoon like render, polypaited very few details, so for this one it was all about shape, not the texturing, anyways, thanks a lot for the link, definitely will help
What I like most about this work is the style - it reminds me of the WWII pin up style art that was on the bombers and other such air planes. Very nice to see someone keep it simple and not go for true realism - I love realism, but it is nice to see a more artistic approach in some works. Nice work!
