Would you mind telling us a bit about the creation of the Puker? I’d especially like to know how you went about making the internal organs and intestines while keeping all the shapes so clean.

The Intestines started from zspheres. I sculpted one set then duplicated, changed and moved around the second.
The other organs were just dynamesh’d spheres. To keep them clean I just make sure I’m not rushing into the details too early! I also like to use the move brush on a pretty low intensity to round the shapes/ silhouettes of nicely… nothing special!
