Did you ever consider creating navigable 3D atlases of anatomy?
I would like to invite you officially to join your efforts to ours on the development of the first complete open source 3D atlas of human anatomy:
It needs improvement on the anatomical accuracy and on the visual quality (textures and maps importable in Blender and Unity).
N.B.: If you prefer, the same tools and techniques can also be used to create animal models.
