Great work! Can you help me out and answer a few questions? Iâm modeling my own batman right now and I canât really get around the workflow of creating armor/gauntlets/bracers.
How did you make the gauntlets? Did you mask->extract them from the base mesh? How did you get them symmetrical but also fitting the body? Did you sculpt them directly on? Did you make them outside the base mesh, using a reference? I am having difficulties making gauntlets that fit while also being âhard surfaceâ looking.
Another question: How did you make the suit? Did you mask -> extract there? Is it another subtool or is it directly on the figure? And how did you make the âsegmentsâ of the suit?
Iâm really frustrated about not being able to advance and I soooo wanna complete this first complete character. It means a lot to me. This is what I got so far:
