Hot damn that’s good! no crits to offer, just… great!!! :D
As they say, “devils in the details”. have a lot of props to build. here’s what I’m planning

Whatta trip!
I just realized that the couch is lifting drunkula up because Frankie is squishing down his end… funneee!
The only suggestion I have (realizing this is not final art) is that the spider webs don’t come off too well, kinda look more like thick string… maybe thinner and some structure like a web… my ol’ horse here has webs between his back legs ('cause he hasn’t moved in so long  )
Great composition and very clean models!
I really like the whole concept and development
Cheers,
luca
OK, I’m quitting the contest (not really)…this is too darn good. I want a copy of the final for my wallpaper, if you don’t mind.
As for the spider webs, I don’t think Nate realized that you drew them in just as a visual aid and that they are not in their final state.
With the time constraints on this contest, and the number of components your adding, my hat is off to you! So…, I hope your having a blast while your doing it ! Your sure intertaining this ol’ dude.
S.P.,
This one’s a definite TOUCHDOWN!! Love how its taking shape, way to work this concept and build it up. It’s definite ending the 4th quarter and it appears your going for more points and not running out the clock with this one. Enough of my lame attempted football analogies. Just trying to say my hats off to you in a different way than before!! So many good entries, but yours is right with the best of them for sure!! Makes me proud to be a part of the forum definitely inspiring.
Awesome stuff.
Would love to see the girl in there somewhere if you can, reckon it would be fitting with the theme, but either way its top top quality.
Am just starting to try and get a foothold on the topology aspect of zbrush, the zsphere models you made with the little girl, such as the teddy bear and the girl, do you go straight for topologising them straight from spheres or create a skin first then top them? Or not top them at all?
Look forward to more!
First off thanks!
Yeah I would have liked to put the kid in, but I got to stay true to my original concept. She just didn’t work well with the two other characters. Its always hard to cut stuff, but its all about the final render not just one nice sculpt.
As for creating her. No retopo was used. Normally I would retopo the model. She was a rush job (made her in a few hours) and after doing some test renders I had a feeling I would not be using here in the final scene.
I’m feeling awful “pouty” about the girl, but I still love it. She seems to make the theme true to the scared silly part. However, you are a brilliant artist and I totally trust your decision.
The characters are so fun!! I love the ideas for props you have come up with. Can’t wait to see the final. The scene is already alive-- in just your wips. I feel drawn inside the home to look at everything that’s going on. I don’t want to miss anything…as even the rubbish on the floor is very interesting to this scene!
Wow! Somehow I had missed this - it’s really excellent work! Lots of character and just the right amount of detail.
Props are done. Came up with a fictional team for Count Drunkula and a few spoofs on snack foods.
The Counts foam finger. Go Fangs!

Great Textures
I think you might be the wi…never mind I don’t want to jynx you. This is soooo good. You already have my vote (I think I’ve said this before)
The props are great…I thought they were lady fingers at first.
Fantastic details! Bravo!
This is a wonderful thread. Your composition and characters are very good, with such a collection of prop details this is really a masterpiece. It is really good of you to take time out to share the process to, especially of the little girl character as it is great to see how you created her. Well I am maximally impressed, thanks.
awesome!!
cant wait to see the final job~
One of the best works presented here!!!. Awesome!!
great work
