Heya Ryo,

I would like to give you some suggestions for improve your current reel.

  1. Put your best model-sculpture first, the big companies received lot of reels and the first model can be also the last one viewed.

  2. No WIPS or unfinished models

  3. Always show the mesh

You have talent, good luck in the search of job!!
