he is definitely looking realistic…I only have one beef with you…lol…and it’s about the title…OLD MAN…snicker…he looks younger than me and I am 41…(ron sits in the corner and pouts) 
Seriously, this is one helluva fine looking model. You have worked very hard on this and your efforts are obviously paying off with an exceptional head model to show for it. I love head modeling and works like your own is what inspires me to open zbrush up and try a little harder each time. Thnx for sharing.

The only thing I noticed is that the loop flows in your base mesh could be placed better, anyway the result is awesome so…who cares

yep, I used MR Fast SSS skin shader, a hint: the default values are really not it…
I havent thought of the concept scene yet, but I’ll probably do something with some mattepainting
