eh no, eh no !! eddaje…
Around the teeth where they meet the gums & the connections on the dreadlocks…
Very good though
Nice, nice!!
But you should use the pinch tool to sharp your geometry, it looks a bit too smooth…
Good work!
Hi guys,
I adjusted gums and dreadlocks (I think now they are better)…I change the white in the background with black for an experiment but I think white is better.Tell me what you think about
thanx

un poco de humedad en los ojos y el interior de la boca crearia mas contraste entre los materiales

A very good Predator rendering. You should also post him on the www.planetavp.com site…I believe that is the right addy…I have posted some sketches there before. Been nice watching this guy’s progression. No C and C from me on this one.
regards,
Ron

its so nice looking predator, but i dont remember have seen him with human eyes in the films, anyways. cronstructive critique, few things to look good, that i thought maybe could fit really well its, humidity in his eyes and humidity in his mouth so with that, you can create more contrast between the materials you got, plus i think more white shiny tooths and a little bit more light in the metal thinngs in his hair. About the background, how about a blurry machine short of spaceship corridor or something? with black, grey and brownish shadows?
well hope i was some help.

How manny memorie ram do u have guy?
and nice work!
Hi guys,
this is the final render : I adjusted the “blurry areas” and I rendered Predator in ZBrush. In photoshop I applied some effects to simulate motion.
I hope you like it…this was such a hard test for me, but for now I am satisfied !!
good work everybody

se si toshto amò!
nice!
thank you everybody for the critics !!
it is important for me to improve my technique

I work with 512 mb ram, but it’s hell working like this…
the rendering is too slow: for one render, 20 minutes !!
I’m raising my ram to 1Gb soon…I think it’s better
i still love this one dear!!!
2 hours?! From scratch?!?
no really…
yes ,man 2 hours in ZBrush!
first I’ve create a low poly in XSI, then I imported the obj in ZB…
2 hours for the face
- more time for the dreads
- the texturing
- the compositing (in PS).
I wouldn’t have wrote 2 hours if it had taken me longer.
no problem

Wow ! Nice work.
I have also started working in ZBrush since 15 days & i have also tried to model a head of a Predator with 3D Max & Zbrush.
Have a look and feel free to comment…
