maybe you could share how many polygons you have used to build him?
I’m not sure I understand how you chose the color for diffuse vs epidermal vs sub-catter. I thought sub-scatter was meant to make skin more saturated, yet your example has it as the darkest of the three color maps.
Also, why did you create both bump and normal map instead of one?
BlueSpawn:first of all, i am sorry for my English,i hope you will get my idea:).for me ,the epidermal and sub-catter color were not the point,and overall diffuse color was the most important one.so epidermal and sub-catter maps were created just for the variation of skin color.
the normal map was creat from the high mod,because when i rendered this image ,the modle was 4 level subdiv mesh from Zbrush,and that was not enough for the detail.so i created a normal map for the rendering.maybe this way is stupid.

I applaud the quality of this work but the subject matter is in very poor taste.
I object vehemently that an image of a socialist nutcase is present on this site.
It is just as bad as a picture of Stalin or Hitler and I want it removed under the guidelines as set out by the ZBcentral moderators.
